The family room overlooks garden and includes an electric kettle and a fridge. It has perfect location short walk to other restaurants, the Christmas markets and Birmingham city centre. Please let the lovely friendly staff know of our gratefulness for a very lovely stay.

The triple room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was extremely spacious and brand-new with 3 single beds. There were coffee & tea makers and a refrigerator in the room too.

Actually, the room was extremely spacious and brand-new with 3 single beds. Coffee & tea makers and a refrigerator worked well. The location in a nice area was particularly good and there were a supermarket and shops nearby.

Everything was perfect, excellent location next to town shops, the arena, and 02 academy, very relaxing experience. Staff were pleasant, rooms were new-fashioned and equipped with comfy bed, bathroom, as for instance. Restaurant food was great. This hotel met needs!
